Digistore24 operates Europe's largest affiliate marketplace. It's an all-in-one platform for selling digital products with automated payment processing, tax handling, and affiliate payouts. With 8,500+ offers and a growing team, internal knowledge was increasingly fragmented. At the same time, social media content production needed to scale without adding headcount.
We built an internal AI knowledge assistant powered by document extraction and vector search. Employees ask questions in natural language and get well-founded answers in seconds. Instead of manually searching through documents, wikis, or Slack history, they get instant results. The system follows the most current standardized information and relieves subject matter experts from recurring standard questions.
Automated RSS feed monitoring identifies relevant topics. A ClickUp-based editorial workflow manages content creation. The AI generates carousel posts, ad copy, and visual assets via the OpenAI API. The entire cycle from topic discovery to publish-ready content runs with minimal manual intervention.
