Case Study
AI-powered compliance review, automated social media moderation, and an AI travel avatar for Germany's national tourism organization.
The Deutsche Zentrale für Tourismus (DZT) markets Germany as a travel destination worldwide on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs. With 60+ offices and constant campaigns across all channels, manual compliance review of marketing materials was a bottleneck. At the same time, social media engagement was growing faster than the team could moderate.
We built an AI agent that reviews marketing materials against current legal guidelines in real time. Users upload texts or files via a chat interface. The agent matches content against a vector database of current regulations and evaluates on four pillars: substantiation, comparability, transparency, and overstatement. The output is a structured report with a score, error analysis, and concrete correction suggestions.
Incoming comments and mentions are captured in real time via the Instagram Graph API. The AI classifies sentiment, content, and relevance, generates individual on-brand responses, and automatically hides comments that violate guidelines. Critical or specific requests are escalated to a moderation queue.
Consulting and concept development for an AI avatar on Instagram that serves as an interactive travel guide for Germany. Complemented by a chatbot in Instagram DMs that answers travel questions and provides personalized recommendations.
n8n Workflow Engine, OpenAI with Embeddings, Supabase Vector DB, Instagram Graph API, document extraction. All workflows run autonomously with defined escalation paths.
We'll show you what this could look like for your organization.
