Why this workshop exists

Companies winning with AI don't have the better model.

Jonas Weidtke
They win because management changed the way the company works. Clear rules, consistent usage, captured knowledge, fixed ownership and success measured in numbers. The rest is tooling.

Where do you stand?

Five stages of AI adoption.

We start at your current stage and take you to the next one, step by step.

Most are here
01
Stage one

Experimental

Everyone uses what they like. No shared view, no rules.

02
Stage two

Governed

Management aligned. Shared language, clear rules, a safe space to try things out.

03
Stage three

Operational

Rollout department by department. Real workflows run in production.

04
Stage four

Integrated

In-house owners. Systems work across department boundaries.

05
Stage five

Optimised

AI is standard. Gains compound, measured by outcomes.

Process

Two phases that build on each other.

01
Foundation · Half day

Leadership alignment

Leadership and department heads agree on strategy, risk, governance, budget and change management. Then we build the rollout plan per department together, select the company-wide tool set and set up the workspace live. You leave with a clear path to the "Governed" stage.

Deliverables

AI roadmap Priorities, operating model, decision framework
Governance kit Approved tools, data rules, review obligations
Rollout playbook Department by department, with owners
Budget framework What costs what, what pays off first
02
Build · per department

Building in the departments

Per department, a current-state briefing and hands-on sessions based on real tasks. Together we build a library of reusable skills and workflows, and we train the people who will maintain them afterwards. Result: systems that live with the team, not with us.

Deliverables

Current-state briefing Processes, time sinks, data situation per department
Skill library Working prompts and workflows
Champions training Who maintains what, how it continues
Measurement plan How you'll see the effect in 90 days

Fit

Who the workshop is made for, and who it isn't.

A good fit if

  • Your company has roughly 20 or more employees and runs processes with noticeable volume (HR, accounting, sales, service).
  • Leadership and department heads can invest half a day together.
  • You have first tools in use, but no shared line on who may do what with which tool.
  • You want to build afterwards, with us or with your own people.

Not a fit if

  • You're looking for a "What is ChatGPT?" basics course for all employees.
  • The people who decide on tools and budget won't be in the room.
  • You want to buy a finished product rather than a plan for your organisation.
  • No process in the company costs more than a few hours a week.

Alongside the automations, a consulting mandate with targeted training measures and workshops secures the digital competence of the employees.

FAQ

Questions about the workshop

Foundation is half a day (about four hours). Attendees should be the managing directors and the heads of the departments where AI should have an impact first: typically HR, finance, sales, service. 5 to 10 people is ideal; whoever decides needs to be in the room.
Both. On site in Berlin and the surrounding area at no extra charge, across Germany for travel costs, remote via a video tool of your choice. The deliverables are identical.
Very little. In advance we send a short questionnaire (15 minutes): which tools are in use, which processes eat the most time, where data protection is particularly sensitive. We work out the rest in the room.
You receive the deliverables within a week. Whether you then build with your own people, move into the Build phase with us or commission a specific project is up to you. The workshop commits you to nothing.
Foundation at a fixed price (see packages). Build is quoted per department once we know from the Foundation workshop what it's about. Invoice after delivery, no advance payment.
