MENZEL is a global specialist for large motors and drive solutions. They handle units up to 25 MW, serving mining, marine, power plants, and heavy industry. A traditional manufacturing company with nearly 100 years of history, they wanted to make the leap into AI-powered automation. Not as an experiment, but as a strategic transformation across all departments.
Logistics and business documents are automatically captured, classified, and routed to the correct workflow. The AI extracts relevant data with high precision, reconciles items across document types, and synchronizes everything with a central inventory register. Errors are automatically logged.
We built an automated content pipeline covering topic research, article and social media post creation, quality assurance by subject matter experts, and automated publishing to all connected channels upon approval.
Beyond the technical implementations, we delivered a company-wide qualification program: AI workshops for all departments, half-day audits to identify automation potential, implementation of concrete use cases, software integration, and accompanying change management.
